The purpose of the organization is to enhance the lives of immigrants by providing comprehensive resources and support throughout the state. We achieve this through a centralized online resource center, strategic partnerships with community organizations, and capacity building initiatives.

Led by founder and Executive Director Adelen Kirkland, our team is committed to supporting refugees and immigrants with vital resources and advocacy. Adelen has worked with the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants in Raleigh, NC as well as World Relief Durham in Durham NC in the past.
The organization was established to address the gaps in services for immiigrants in NC. This has included English as a Second Language classes, mental wellness, and family/parenting classes, as well as case management for immigrants across the state who have many different immigration statuses.
