In-person or online
If your organization or church is interested we are able to hold classes in your facility.
We are also able to hold classes in the home of the family.

We teach caregivers in NC. The program is open to all caregivers, no matter the age of those you care for and no matter your immigration status.
We are able to offer the class in multiple languages and faith based groups.
We offer specialized classes for immigrants of all statuses who are new to North Carolina. These sessions are designed to help individuals and families navigate their new environment and connect with essential local resources. Topics include enrolling children in public school, applying for eligible public benefits, understanding the healthcare system and insurance options, and much more.
Whether you're a company supporting relocating employees, an individual starting fresh, or a community organization serving newcomers, our classes provide practical guidance and a welcoming start.

Classes can be offered in-person or by Zoom.
Classes are offered in English, Spanish, Swahili, Arabic, Dari, and Ukrainian at this time.

To assist employers we can help teach/assist your employees who are moving from out of the country to NC. We can help enrolling their children into public school, understand the American healthcare/insurance systems, and connect them to community resources near them.

Teach new comers how the American healthcare system works from how to establish a family doctor, getting medicines, using emergency services, to health insurance options. In addition, we can help patients find transportation solutions to get to their medical appointments.

Help immigrants understand elegibility and application process for benefits like Medicaid, Food Stamps (SNAP/FNS), Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), WorkFirst (TANIF), and Social Security Income.

We offer classes to de-stigmatize mental health needs and how people can get services to help them. We have classes that explain what anxiety, stress, depression are including the signs and symptoms and offer some coping skills.

Classes to teach social norms and expectations when getting a job and going to work in the U.S. This may include the importance of being on time, phone usage on the job, appropriate attire, using sick and vacation time, and more. We can also connect students to employment assistance programs to help find their first job in the U.S. or work on getting their credentials validated.

What are your needs? We can create a class for the topic you or your clients need today.
